How do I add drivers and trucks to my account?

From your dashboard, navigate to the Drivers or Trucks section. Click 'Add Driver' or 'Add Truck' and fill in the required details. Changes take effect immediately across your account.

How does billing work?

Lugixa uses Stripe for secure payment processing. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period. You can view, update, or cancel your plan at any time from Settings → Billing.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Load reports, driver records, and analytics can be exported from the Reports section of your dashboard. Contact support@lugixa.com if you need a full account data export.

How do I invite team members?

Go to Settings → Team and click 'Invite Member'. Enter their email and assign a role (Dispatcher, Driver, Viewer). They'll receive an email invitation to join your company workspace.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your account and data remain accessible until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account is paused. Your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion — contact us if you need more time.

Is my company data secure?

Yes. Lugixa uses industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Each company's data is strictly isolated — no cross-tenant access is possible. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click 'Forgot Password' and enter your email. You'll receive a secure reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact support.

Can I change my plan mid-cycle?

Yes. Plan upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Visit Settings → Billing or contact billing@lugixa.com for assistance.
